?協働の自発性
?コミュニケーション とよく言われますね。
そこでふと自社を振り返ってみた時、良くないことばかりが目に見えてくる今日この頃なのです。(T_T)
共通の目的はありますが、常に皆が意識しているほど浸透していない。
協働の自発性は勿論発揮されていない。
コミュニケーション不足・・・etc.
そこで基本に立ち返り、皆とコミュニケーションを取ろうと面談の回数を増やしています。
コミュニケーションとは成果をつくり出すためのもの。
まだ、変化を感じられるまでには至りませんが面談時間が苦痛にならないように工夫し、出来るだけ楽しく有意義な時間を過ごせるように、心がけています。やっぱり話をしてみると、色々出てくるものですね。
少しずつ社員さんが心を開いて、ガス抜きをしてくれて、元気な面談が出来るようになると、建設的な会話が出来るようになるんでしょうね。
コミュニケーションが取れてくると、より共通の目的が皆に浸透し、そこから協働の自発性が発揮されはじめてくる。と思うようになりました。
会社の全ての責任は社長にあります。
社員さんは皆、頑張ってくれています。その頑張りを、きっちりと顧客満足に繋げられるように責任を果たしていきます。
組織の三原則が発揮されると、良い会社に成るんやろーなー。そうなりたいなー。いや、絶対になってみせる！
と、思ったので書いてみました。(^o^)
